Warranty Information

We believe in the quality of our products and we build them to last for years. Still, we realize that sometimes things go wrong. To protect you against defects, we include a limited 30-day warranty with all of our products. 

Towels & Rugs

If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, return within 30 days and we’ll be happy to offer a refund. (Please note: Shipping and handling/duty fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.) Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. After 30 days, and up to a full 90 days, you can return our products for an exchange.

Pillows

We provide a one-year warranty on all pillows. Decorative pillows and inserts will be replaced by the manufacturer if found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials only for one years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include compression of fiber, tears, punctures or damage resulting from improper laundering. 

Returns must be sent either via Federal Express or UPS.

2. Rips, Tears or Fraying

Quality is at the heart of who we are. All of our products are meticulously made with high quality fabrics. If one of our products fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product. If the item rips, tears, frays, or anything else happens to it during normal use, you’re covered under our guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any return needed due to accidents, improper care, change of mind, or normal wear and tear.
